We just got back from our trip to France last week. My partner and I thought our studio apartment was terrific. The owner was responsible and timely (in meeting us, orienting us, returning our deposit $, charging a
very fair rental rate); the [Paris vacation rental] was as it had been advertised, with the plus of a sweet little quiet courtyard that it opens out onto. We'd stay there again. It was very tiny, but adequate for a single person or a couple.
You should also know that we found working with you equally good. Bravo!! We've told lots of folks about you. |

We had a wonderful time in Paris two weeks ago no doubt in no small part to our having rented an apartment through NY Habitat. We rented through NYH with high expectations, having rented through them in the same Paris area a year earlier. This year's rental was even better than the prior year: The landlord is a real gent, [...] the vacation rental was just what we wanted: ground floor with shower and kitchen, which made it easy to get in and out ... This apartment though was even quieter with more privacy than we had expected (the only neighbors we ever heard were the birds), and it was easy to get to from two Metro stops. Plus [Owner] made getting in touch with him easy, and he trusted us to drop off the keys when we left, no questions asked.[...] Now we have a bit of a dilemma: If we head back to Paris next April to run in the marathon again, should we branch out and rent in a different area or should we simply stay put and see whether we can rent from [this owner] again? Neither of us can think of anything to recommend in way of improvement [...] |
