Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located in the heart of the Grands Boulevards area lined with 18th century buildings; this Paris neighborhood used to be the center of café and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. It offers celebrated restaurants, cafes, and fashionable shops and department stores on the Boulevard Haussman, as well as markets and cinemas. This accommodation is located not far from the cabaret Les Folies Bergère, a Parisian music hall. It is also about 10 minutes walking distance from the Opéra Garnier, which is the largest theatre for lyric opera in the world. Premises: This 135m² (approx. 1,450 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall and then to a courtyard. The entrance gate is accessible from the courtyard and has an intercom. This opens to a hall leading to the staircase. The apartment entrance opens into a hall with a china closet, a dining table and a window. This hall connects to the separate kitchen and to the lounge linking the entrance hall and the living room. The two bedrooms are accessed through the living room. The 7m² (approx. 75 sq. ft.) lounge is furnished with two guest sofa beds and is equipped with a flat screen cable TV and a DVD player. The 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) living room has wall-to-wall carpeting and two windows with curtains that overlook a courtyard. It is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, two tables with a chair and some antiques. The separate eat-in kitchen is equipped with four gas plates, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave and a kettle. There is also a dining table. The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) first bedroom has wall-to-wall carpeting and two windows with curtains that overlook the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed and a chest of drawers. This room has a private open bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin, a separate shower and a separate toilette. The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) second bedroom is accessible through the living room by a corridor with a built-in closet with sliding doors. The bedroom has wall-to-walling carpeting and a window with curtains that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with trundle beds (two single-size beds) and a desk. It is also equipped with a TV, a DVD player and a stereo. This room also has a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilette accessible from the corridor that links the second bedroom to the living room. Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
