Neighborhood:
The area is famous for its prestigious addresses such as Fouquet's, the Georges V luxury hotel or the Avenue restaurant located on Avenue Montaigne, as well as for its haute couture shops. There are many trendy restaurants and cafes just down the street and all essential services can be found in the area. It's just a few minutes away from the Arc de Triomphe, the Place de la Concorde with the Jardin des Tuileries, the Seine River and the Place de la Madeleine.
Premises:
This 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the second floor of a four-story walk-up building . The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall leading to a second door with a coded system. Behind this door is the staircase. On the second floor is a long corridor that provides access to the apartment.
The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a double-glazed window with curtains and shutters that overlooks the street. It is furnished with a double-size bed and armchairs. It is also equipped with a TV and a desk with a chair that has shelves above it.
The open kitchen is equipped with two vitro-ceramic plates , a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a washing machine.A dining table and stools provide a separation between the kitchen and the living room .
The tiled bathroom is accessible from the apartment entrance, which opens into a corridor. It is on the left, fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilette and a towel warmer.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Franklin D Rooselvelt (line 1,9) or St. Philipe du Roule (line 9 ).
