Studio apartment in the Grands Boulevards area

This furnished apartment is located on the Grands Boulevards just a few steps from the Porte Saint Martin and the Porte Saint Denis, two triumphal arches erected in the 17th century to celebrate major French victories and recently cleaned and restored. This is one of those traditional, popular districts of Paris, where one can find a great mix of communities and cultures. It offers the opportunity to explore the Grands Boulevards (composed of boulevards named de la Madeleine, des Italiens, St-Martin, des Capucines, Montmartre, Poissonnière, St-Denis, Bonne-Nouvelle), where all the major department stores are as well as many cinemas, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is just a short metro ride from the Opera Garnier.
Premises:
This 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the second floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and behind this door is a corridor. At the end, on the right, is a second corridor leading to a second door with a coded system and a concierge.
Be aware that there is a sex shop next to the building.
The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) main room has a parquet floor and a window that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, chairs, an armchair, a desk (with shelves above) and a dining table with an extension. It is also equipped with cable TV, a decorative fireplace and a built-in closet.
The separate kitchen is equipped with two induction plates, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Bonne Nouvelle (line 8, 9) or Strasbourg St. Denis (line 4,8,9).
