This furnished apartment is situated on Rue Saint Martin just in front of the renowned Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg. An asset of this location is the closeness of Paris' most important monuments and tourist attractions such as the Louvre, the majestic Jardin des Tuileries, and the Marais district. Also a short distance away are the Seine and its delightful islands, Ile de la Cite (with Notre Dame) and Ile Saint Louis (with its charming little cafes and close-packed houses). Many diverse restaurants, cafes, and all sorts of shops dot this area and give it a lively atmosphere. There is also a shopping mall, the famous Rue Montorgueil market, and other supermarkets near this accommodation.
Premises:
This 26m2 (approx. 275 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the third floor of an 18th century building with an elevator. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall. Then a second gate with an intercom and digital key opens into the staircase and elevator area.
The apartment entrance opens into the main room, which leads to the separate kitchen and separate bathroom.
The 19m2 (approx. 200 sq. ft.) main room has exposed wood beams on the ceiling and two windows with southern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with two twin beds that can be separated or gathered to form a queen bed, a French desk and chair, a small dining table, a coffee table and a chest of drawers with a TV.
The separate kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic plates topped by a cooker hood, a combo grill/microwave, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The separate bathroom has a shower with a showerhead, a washbasin, a toilette and a towel dryer. There is also a combo washer/dryer.
Heat and hot water are electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11) and Châtelet (lines 1,4,7,14, RER B,D).
