Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is in the beautiful Tuileries area of Paris, which is entirely dominated by the Louvre, one of the biggest museums in the world. The gardens, the Palais Royal, Vendôme, Victoire and Concorde make this district a feast for the eyes and an exceptional place to visit and stroll. This accommodation is in the midst of Paris' most renowned upscale shops and luxuries.
Premises:
This 31m² (approx. 330 sq. ft.) studio is located on the second floor of a 19th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate opens to a corridor leading to a hall with a concierge on the right. Another corridor contains the staircase and the elevator.
There is an entrance with a cupboard that provides access to the shower room on the right and then the main room.
The 25m² (approx. 265 sq. ft.) main room has a parquet floor and a window with curtains and shutters that overlook a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size Murphy bed, a sofa and a coffee table. It is also equipped with a cable TV and a DVD player.
The open kitchen has two electric plates, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is a bar with two stools suited for eating in the kitchen .
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, a shower, a toilette and a towel warmer.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric and collective.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Tuileries (line 1) and Pyramides (line 7 and 14).
