Neighborhood: This spacious furnished apartment is located on Avenue Hoch between Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré and Rue de Courcelles in Paris. It is near Champs Elysées Avenue, considered as one of the most renowned and beautiful streets in Paris and in the world. At one end is the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. On the other end are Place de la Concorde and its historic obelisk. This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. Other significant sights nearby are the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (about 10 minutes away from this accommodation by metro or by bus). Premises: This 100m² (approx. 1,075 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the eighth and top floor of a 1930 building with an elevator. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall containing the elevator and staircase. The 45m² (approx 585 sq ft) living room has three French doors with southeast exposure leading to a terrace that overlooks the street. The living room has a double-size sofa, a double-size sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a stereo. There is a dining area furnished with a dining table and chairs. The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) first bedroom has one window with northwest exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed, bedside tables, and a large closet. The kitchen is equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a small dining table. The separate bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead and a washbasin. There is also a separate toilette. Heat and hot water are gas. For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Charles de Gaulle Etoile (line 1,2,6, RER A).
