Studio on the Avenue des Champs Elysées

This furnished studio is on Les Arcades des Champs Elysées, which contains a business center and a lot of shops and restaurants on the famous Avenue des Champs Elysées in Paris. The Fouquet's, the Georges V luxury Hotel or the Avenue restaurant located on Avenue Montaigne are just a few minutes walk from this accommodation. In this selective area are prestigious brands such as Christian Dior, Louis Vuitton, Ferrari, Jaguar, Jacques Dessange, and Alexandre (hairdresser). Less than a 15-minute walk away is Place de la Concorde with its majestic obelisk on one end of the avenue and l'Arc de Triomphe on the other end.
Premises:
This 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the fifth floor of a 19th century building. The entrance hall has shops on both sides leading to a door. On the left are two elevators and the staircase. Once on the fifth floor, there are two corridors to cross to access the flat. The building is protected by a video security system.
The main room has a parquet floor and a window that overlooks a courtyard. It is furnished with a double sofa bed and two armchairs, and has air conditioning. It is also equipped with a TV and a DVD player. A bedroom is accessible from the main room and has a built-in closet and a double-size bed. A mezzanine located above the bathroom and the bedroom can be used for children; there are three mattresses and a window.
The open kitchen is equipped with four induction plates topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, and a washer/dryer. There is a bar with three stools for eating in the kitchen.
The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette. It has a window.
Heat and hot water use gas and are collective.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Franklin Roosevelt (line 1) or George V (line 1).
