Studio apartment next to the Latin Quarter

Neighoorhood:
This furnished studio is located on Rue Royer Collard, just behind the Jardin du Luxembourg. The Luxembourg district is one of the more pleasant in Paris, and traffic is less dense than in many other areas of the city. The principal Paris monument in the area is the Luxembourg Palace, which houses the Senate of the French Republic and is just north of the Jardin du Luxembourg. Other remarkable buildings close to this accommodation include the Observatory and the beautiful Val de Grâce Hospital.
Premises:
This 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) studio is located on the first and top floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate has a coded security system and opens into a hall with a second door that features an intercom and leads into a nice courtyard. The furnished apartment can be found on the left.
The studio opens into the main room. It has a parquet floor with carpets and two double glazed windows with curtains overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, an armchair, a small table, and a cupboard.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a washbasin, an oven, and a coffee-maker.
The windowed bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
A wireless Internet connexion is also available in the apartment.
Heat and hot water are electric and separate.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest station is Luxembourg (RER B).
