Neighborhood:
Located between Rue Oberkampf and Rue du Chemin Vert in a lively but calm Parisian area, this cozy furnished studio apartment is only a few steps away from the Marais district, famous for Musée Picasso, Place des Vosges, and Place de la Bastille. This accommodation is also a short walking distance away from the Bastille and Oberkampf areas with their trendy cafés, restaurants and bars.

Premises:
This 40m² (approx. 431 sq. ft.) furnished studio apartment is located on the first floor of a 19th-century walk-up building. The main entrance gate opens onto a hallway leading to a courtyard, a porch, and then another courtyard with the entrance to the residential building located on the left.

This entrance opens into the main room with access to the shower-room, toilet and kitchen on the left.

The main room has a parquet floor and three double-glazed windows with electric blinds overlooking the entrance courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, two single-size beds with a double mattress on top, two bedside tables, an armchair, a dining table that unfolds with two chairs, and a built-in closet. It is also equipped with a cable television and a stereo.

The separate kitchen is equipped with two electric plates topped with a cooker hood, a washbasin, a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a toaster.

The tiled shower-room has a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine/dryer combination.

The separate toilet has a washbasin.

Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric and separate.

For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Saint Sébastien Froissart (line 8).
