Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is situated in the heart of the prestigious and central 16th Paris arrondissement next to Passy. This is a lively neighborhood filled with fashion shops, restaurants, and cinemas. The Trocadero, its famous museum and the Eiffel Tower are only a short walk away from this accommodation. Another delightful feature of this neighborhood is the open market on Rue de l'Annonciation.
Premises:
This 70 m˛ (approx. 753 sq. ft.) furnished apartment is located on the sixth and top floor of a building with an elevator. The main entrance gate has an intercom and opens into a hallway where the second door on the right leads to the elevator. It is the only apartment on this floor.
The entrance door opens onto the kitchen on the right and the living room, and the bedrooms can be accessed from the left. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms.
The 21 m˛ (approx 226 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a tall window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a glass dining table with four wooden chairs, a double-size sofa bed, a dark wooden desk with a computer, a library, and a glass double door providing access to the second bedroom.
The separate kitchen is equipped with four gas plates, a refrigerator, a freezer, a traditional oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee-maker, and a toaster.
The 13 m˛ (approx 140 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a parquet floor and a curtained French door providing access to a balcony overlooking the street. It is furnished with a single-size bed and two mattresses, a glass desk, a chest of drawers, a small table, and a library.
The 11 m˛ (approx 118 sq. ft.) second bedroom, accessible via the living room, has a parquet floor, a French door and a balcony overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a chest of drawers, a small table, and a fireplace topped with a mirror. It is also equipped with a cable television.
The tiled, windowed bathroom is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin, and a washing machine.
The toilet room is separate and has a window.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are gas-fueled and separate.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Ranelagh (line 9).
