Neighborhood: Located Rue de la Tremoille between Rue Clément Marot and Rue François 1er, this furnished apartment is ideally located a few steps away from the Champs-Elysées and its prestigious addresses such as Fouquet's, the Georges V Hotel and the Golden Triangle between Avenue Georges V, Avenue Montaigne and the Champs Elysées. The Champs Elysées Avenue is considered as one of the most renowned and beautiful streets in Paris and in the world. At one end is the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. On the other end are Place de la Concorde and its historic obelisk. This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. Other significant sights nearby are the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (about 10 minutes away from this accommodation by metro or by bus). Premise: This 50m² (approx 540 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the fifth floor of a haussmanian building with elevator. The entrance gate protected by a coded security sytem opens into a courtyard, then a second gate opens into the staircase and elevator area. The entrance door opens into a corridor, which links the living room, the separate kitchen and the separate toilette. The bedroom and its private bathroom is accessible by the living room. The 15m² (approx 160 sq ft) bedroom has a french window with southwestern exposure, which opens onto the balcony. The private bathroom has a large spa shower topped by a showerhead, a modern style washbasin and a bookshelf. The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with two vitroreramic plates topped by exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a separate toilette with a washbasin and a window. Heat and hot water are both electric. For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Franklin D.Roosevelt (line 1,9) and Champs Elysée Clemenceau (line 1,13).
