This furnished one-bedroom apartment is located on Rue Budé between Rue Saint Louis en l'ile and Quai d'Orléan. The very exclusive and mostly residential Ile St Louis is one of the most beautiful areas in Paris. In the vicinity of this accommodation, in the heart of the island, there are numerous little shops, cozy crêperies and sophisticated restaurants, often in vaulted cellars that offer an enchanting setting for an elegant meal. The harmony of the quiet quays, the closely packed houses and the little cafes where a petit café can be enjoyed at leisure, as well the aura of the past that pervades the island, give it a particular charm.
The Seine Islands are the egg from which Paris was hatched. Ile de la Cite lies quietly in the shadow of the Notre Dame Cathedral. The historic seat of the French kings until the 14th century, this island still maintains its medieval air. An iron bridge leads to Ile Saint Louis, the smaller and quieter of the two river islands that remains as it was in the 17th century. This accommodation is also very close to the Hôtel de Ville, the Latin Quarter and the Panthéon.
Premises:
This 35m² (approx. 377 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a 17th-century walk-up building. The entrance gate with an intercom opens onto the stairway
The entrance door opens into the living room, and a corridor leads to the open kitchen and separate bedroom. The separate bathroom can be accessed via the bedroom.
The 18m² (approx. 194 sq. ft.) living room has three windows with northeastern and eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, an armchair, a chest of drawers, a fireplace, a flatscreen television, a closet, and a dining table with chairs.
A corridor leads to the open kitchen, which is equipped with two vitroceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a combination grill/microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee-maker, a kettle, and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.
The 10m² (approx. 108 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window with eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a large built-in closet and a double-size bed.
The separate bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For a convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Pont Marie (line 7) and Hotel de Ville (line 1,11).
