One bedroom apartment in the « Marais »
|
Neighboorhood: Paris Right Bank, on Rue de Saintonge, « le Marais », close to the Place des Vosges, and on the corner of the Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione (Monument classified Napoléon III) where various performances take place. Nicely situated, close to the Rue de Bretagne and its large diversity of stores and to the Temple area and its covered markets. Next to the building are a French bakery, a café and a post office as well as French Bistros where you will enjoy good quality food. The Seine quays are not far away, neither is the Ile Saint Louis where you can for instance enjoy the view in savoring a dessert of the famous Parisian ice-cream maker. Les Halles district and the well-known Georges Pompidou center, as well as the new trendy Parisian districts Bastille and Oberkampf are also close-by.
Premises: This 55m² (approx 590sqft) furnished apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 19th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a small hall with a second glass door and a intercom, which opens into the staircase with the elevator.
The apartment's entrance opens into a small entrance with the living room straight ahead, a toilet and a closet on the right and the kitchen on the left. The bedroom is accessible by the living room.
The 22m² (approx 235sq ft) living room has a parquet floor and 3 double glazed windows and a view on the street. It is furnished with 2 sofas, a table with 4 chairs, a coffee table, a piece of furniture with a stereo. It is decorated with ornamental objects.
The 20m² (approx 215sq ft) bedroom, accessible by wooden double doors, has a parquet floor and a double glazed window with curtains and a view on the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, shelves as a bedside table. It is equipped with a cable TV.
The tiled bathroom accessible by the bedroom has a bathtub with a showerhead, a washbasin and a window.
The open kitchen has 2 electric plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster.
The separate toilet has a washbasin. The washing machine is in the closet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual. Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is « Saint Sébastien Froissart »(line 8).
