Neighborhood: This furnished three bedrooms apartment is located on Rue La Bruyere between Rue de la Rochefoucauld and Rue Notre-Dame de Lorette. Montmartre is a 130-meter high knoll that was the artistic center of the greatest pictorial movement of the 19th and 20th centuries (Impressionism, Cubism, Fauvism, Futurism, and Surrealism) in Paris. Renowned artists, from Berlioz to Picasso, lived and worked in this district known for its unconventional lifestyle and kept alive by a number of its current residents. From the Sacred Heart Basilica esplanade there is a panoramic view of Paris, and the charming Place du Tertre is a must-see. Plenty of conveniences are near this accommodation, notably the fruit and vegetable market situated on Rue Lepic. The second bathroom has a window, a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a heated towel rack. The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with five gas burners topped by an exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine, a wall mounted flat screen TV and an eat-in-kitchen area with three chairs. Heat and hot water are both gas. For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Saint Georges (line 12).
