This furnished apartment is located betwenn Rue Saint Honoré and Rue du Louvre. It is just a few minutes walk to the Pompidou Center in Beaubourg, to the fashionable district in the Marais, to Les Halles in the very center of Paris, or the trendy Bastille with its shopping and lively night life. This accommodation is also only a few minutes away from the Louvre by foot.
Premises:
This 31m² (approx. 335 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the first floor of an 16th century building.The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system which provides access, followed by a hall and then a courtyard leading to the stairs.
The apartment entrance, enlightened by a window, opens into a corridor with the living room on the right and a laundry on the left. The bedroom can be accessed through the living room.
The 9m² (approx. 95 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor and a window that overlooks the entrance's courtyard.
It is furnished with a sofa. It is also equipped with a TV and a DVD player.
The open kitchen has two halogen plates, a refrigerator, an oven, a toaster and a kettle.
The 13m² (approx. 140 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a window with curtains that overlooks the entrance's courtyard. It is furnished with a queen size bed, two bedside tables, a wooden desk and a built in closet.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin, a toilet and a heated towel rack.
Heat and hot water are collective.
The washing machine and dryer are in the laundry.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Louvre Rivoli (line 1).
