This furnished two-bedroom apartment is located on Cité Wauxhall between Boulevard de Magenta and Rue Albert Thomas.
This apartment is located near the canal saint martin, which is a cosmopolitan and dynamic area of Paris. It provides diverse sorts of shops, restaurants and cafes. It is also close to the Place de la République. The delightful Canal Saint Martin, bordered by trees and dotted with little bridges, is an idyllic local landscape and one of Parisians' favorite areas to live. The canal has become very trendy over the years and is as fashionable now as the Marais and the Bastille neighborhoods. The scenic cycling tracks from Bastille to the Villette district are in close proximity to this accommodation.
Premises:
This 50m2 (approx 540 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century walk up building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall. Then a gate protected by an intercom and a digital key opens into the staircase.
The entrance door opens into a hall, which links the living room, the separate kitchen and the bathroom. The two bedrooms are accessible by the living room.
The 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) living room has three double glazed windows with southeastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a single size sofa bed, two armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table with six stools, a stereo a TV and some decorative items.
The first 15m2 (approx 161 sq ft) bedroom has two double glazed windows with southeastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size mattress on the floor, a desk and a chair and has a built in closet.
The second 8m2 (approx 85 sq ft) bedroom has a double glazed window with southeastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a mezzanine with a double size mattress, a pouf and a large built in closet.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four gas burners topped by an exhaust fan, a combo microwave/oven, an oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both gas.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is République (line 3,5,8,9,11).
