Studio apartment on Quai d'Orsay

This furnished studio apartment is located on Quai d'Orsay between Avenue Bosquet and Rue Malar.
A few steps from the Eiffel Tower on the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, it is also very close to the Seine. Opposite, beyond the river, are Trocadero Place and the Palais de Chaillot, built for the International Exhibition in 1937 and housing the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Musée de l'Homme, as well as an esplanade offering an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower.
This apartment is also located just steps from the new museum on the Quai Branly, designed by Jean Nouvel. The Musée du Quai Branly displays non-Western art based on the theme of multiculturalism. This is the first large museum to open in Paris since the Musée d'Orsay in 1986. There are all sorts of fashion shops, conveniences, select restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 25m² (approx 270 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the seventh and top floor of a 1930 building with elevator. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall, which leads to the staircase and elevator.
The entrance door opens into a small corridor, which leads to the living room and its open kitchen. The bathroom is accessible by the living room.
The 20m² (approx 230 sq ft) living room has two windows with northern exposure overlooking the street and the Seine. It is furnished with a double size bed, a desk and a chair, a console surmounted by a TV, a large built in closet and many decorative items.
The open kitchen is separated from the living room by a bar. It is equipped with a toaster; a refrigerator, a kettle and a sink.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a toilet and a washbasin. There is also a window with a view on the living room.
The heat is from the building and the hot water is electric
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Invalides (lines 8,12).
