A studio apartment in the Bastille area.

Neighborhood:
The apartment is only within five minutes walking distance and one metro station to the Place de la Bastille, which is considered one of the best opera houses in the world. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, gorgeous restaurants, cafes and markets, such as the well-known Parisian market rue Richard Lenoir (Thursday and Sunday mornings). The apartment is very centrally located and is also very close to the fashionable and old Marais.
Premises:
This 20m˛ (approx. 215 sq. ft.) furnished studio is located on the 3rd floor of a 17th century walk up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a small courtyard with a second door that gives access to the stairs.
The entrance door opens into the main room and the open kitchen. The bathroom is to the left.
The main room has a parquet floor and a window with a northern exposure overlooking the entrance's alley. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a dining table with 2 chairs and shelves.
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric plates, a refrigerator, a microwave and a coffee maker.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a showerhead, a toilet and a washbasin.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
The nearest metro station is « Ledru Rollin » (Line 8).
