Located on Rue Saint Maur in the vivid and fashionable Oberkampf neighborhood in Paris, this furnished studio apartment is centrally located with a lot of trendy restaurants and bars in walking distance. This accommodation is also very close to the République area. The many passageways found here give charm to this traditional Parisian district. A little farther away is the historic « Place de la Bastille » with the new Opera, considered one of the best in the world.
Premises:
This 21m² (approx 225 sq.ft.) studio apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a 20th century walk up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a corridor with the staircase.
The studio's entrance opens into the main room with a separate kitchen and a bathroom.
The 13m² (approx 140sqft) main room has a tiled floor and a window with curtains and southwest exposure on the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a cupboard, a coffee table, a dining table with 2 chairs and closets. It is also equipped with a cable TV and a DVD player.
The kitchen is equipped with 2 electric plates, a washing machine, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a coffee maker. It also has a window.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a chemical toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is « Rue Saint Maur »(line 3).
