This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Rue Huysmans between Boulevard Raspail and Rue dAssas.
Bordering the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this apartment is situated in a part of the "Quartier Latin", one of the most youthful areas of Paris. It is also a few steps from the Pantheon, among the most important Parisian points of interest being nowadays a secular temple sheltering the remains of the great men of France (Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Emile Zola, Marie and Pierre Curie...). In a fair walking distance is the Sorbonne University, as well as the Seine River and its traditional second hand booksellers, and delectable islands. All around there are number of restaurants and cafes, diverse sorts of shops, and other quality conveniences such as Maubert Mutualité and Mouffetard open-air markets, supermarkets, and fine bakeries.

This 100m² (approx 1075 sq ft) furnished apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 20th century building with an elevator. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall. In the hall, a second door with an intercom, which leads to the staircase with the elevator and concierge.
The entrance door opens into a hall. It links the living area, the dining area and the corridor, which leads to both bedrooms. The same corridor has 2 built in closets, a window and gives access to the separate kitchen and bathroom.
The living room is divided in two parts. It has a parquet floor and four windows with shutters that overlook the street.
The 18m² (approx 190 sq. ft.) living area is furnished with a large sofa, a coffee table and a decorative fireplace.It is equipped with a stereo and a cable tv.
The 16m² (approx 170 sq. ft.) dining area is furnished with a dining table with chairs, a table and a desk with a laptop.
The 14m² (approx. 150 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a window with curtains and a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a king size bed, two bedside tables, a cupboard, a decorative fireplace topped by a mirror and a small room with a shower.
The 13m² (approx 140 sq ft) second bedroom has parquet floor and a window with curtains and a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with two single size bed, a bedside table and a chest of drawers with a cable TV.
The separate kitchen has a window and it is equipped with four vitro-ceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a fridge, a frezzer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, a coffee maker and a kettle.
The tiled bathroom is fitted with a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin, as well as a heated towel rack. It has a window.
The separate toilet has a toilet, a washbasin and a window.
Access Internet is available.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations is « Notre Dame des Champs » (line 12).
