A three bedroom apartment in the Grands Boulevards area

Neighborhood: This apartment is located on Boulevard de Strasbourg. Just a few steps from the Porte Saint Martin and the Porte Saint Denis, two triumphal arches erected in the 17th century to celebrate major French victories; they have been recently cleaned and restored. This is one of those traditional, popular districts of Paris, where one can find a great mix of communities and cultures. It offers the opportunity to explore the Grands Boulevards (composed of boulevards named de la Madeleine, des Italiens, St-Martin, des Capucines, Montmartre, Poissonnière, St-Denis, Bonne-Nouvelle), where all the major department stores are, as well as many cinemas, theaters, cafes and restaurants. The apartment is just a short metro ride from the Opera Garnier and the Place de la République. Premises: This 175m² (approx. 1885 sq. ft.) three-bedroom apartment is located on the 7th and top floor of a building with elevator constructed at the beginning of the 19th century. The main entrance gate, protected by a coded system, opens into a porche leading to a courtyard. Then the staircase with elevator are at the end of the courtyard. The entrance door opens into a small hall, with a window, with a first bathroom on the right. Then, a corridor with a window leads to both bedrooms on the right hand side. It is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, a library, a coffee table, a desk and a decorative fireplace. It is also equipped with a cable TV, a DVD player and a stereo. The12 m² (approx. 130 sq. ft.) first bedroom is a children's bedroom. It has a window overlooking the entrance's courtyard. It is furnished with a crib, an additional single bed and toys. The 17m² (approx. 180 sq.ft.) second bedroom has parquet floor and a window with a view on the entrance's courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a table and shelves. The first tiled bathroom has a bathtub with showerhead, two washbasins, a heated towel rack and it has a window. The second bathroom has a skylight and is fitted with a shower, a toilet, a washbasin, a washing machine and a dryer. The 55m² (approx. 590 sq.ft.) dining room with its open kitchen has 3 windows. The kitchen is equipped with 4 gas plates topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a fridge, two ovens, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. There is a work top with a sink. The 30m² (approx 320 sq.ft.) 3rd bedroom has a wall-to wall carpet floor and a window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, two small lamps and a TV. This room gives access to an office and its private bathroom. The bathroom has a skylight; It contains a bathtub, a chemical toilet, a washbasin, a bidet and a shower. Heat and hot water use gas and are individual. Internet access is available. The nearest metro station is Strasbourg Saint Denis (Lines 4, 8, 9).
