This select and elegant area of the16th district is close to the Eiffel Tower, the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens, and the Seine River. It is also near the Palais de Chaillot, which houses the Navy, the Mankind museum and the 1,200-seat TNP theater. The neighborhood features all sorts of fashion shops, conveniences, fine restaurants and cafes.
Premises:
This 55m˛ (approx. 590 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor (fifth floor in the USA) of a 1970's building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a hall, which leads to the elevator. The apartment has a norththeastern exposure.
The entrance door opens into a hall which leads, on the left hand side, to the living room and the bedroom. The bathroom is straight ahead and on the right hand side there is the kitchen.There is parquet floor in the entrance, the living room and the bedroom.
The 18m˛ (approx. 195 sq. ft.) living room has a double-glazed window, with electric shutters, which accesses a balcony overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table and a cupboard. There is also a TV with a DVD player.
The 12m˛ (approx 130 sq.ft.) bedroom has a double-glazed window, with electric shutters, which accesses the same balcony. It is furnished with a double size bed, two bedside tables, a desk, a cupboard and a console with a TV, a VCR and a stereo.
The separate kitchen has 4 electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. It also has a washing machine, a dryer and a window.
The tiled bathroom opens into the separate toilet with a small washbasin and then there is a second door with a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin and a window.
The nearest metro station is Passy (line 6).
Heat and hot water are collective.
