Neighborhood:
Situated in the heart of the exclusive part of the Fifth Arrondissement, this furnished apartment is located a few steps from the Rue Mouffetard and the Pantheon. Rue Mouffetard, with its cafes, restaurants and open market, is one of the most "typical" streets in Paris. The neighborhood is very lively, with many bars and restaurants and it is not far from the famous Jardin du Luxembourg. This accommodation is also within short walking distance to Jussieu, Place de la Contrescarpe, and Censier Daubenton
Premises:
This 29m² (approx 312 sq.ft.)studio is located on the first floor (second in the USA) of an 1854' building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall with a concierge. Then a second door protected by a coded system leads to the staircase and elevator.
The entrance's door opens into a small corridor with 3 stairs that lead, on the right hand-side to the living and the bedroom area and on the left-hand side to the kitchen and the bathroom.
The 8m² (approx 85 sq.ft.) living area has parquet floor and a double glazed window with internal shutters and a view on the street. It is furnished with a dining table, an armchair and it is equipped with a cable TV.
The 10m² (approx 110 sq.ft.) bedroom area has parquet floor and a double glazed window with internal shutters and a view on the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, a small chest of drawers and a built-in closet.
The open kitchen is equipped with 2 electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a washing machine.
The tiled bathroom has a window and is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station are « Place Monge »(line 7) and « Luxembourg »(RER B).
