This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue d'Armaillé between Rue des Acacias and Passage Doisy.
It is located in a little mostly residential street in a short walking distance to the world famous Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc du Triumph, and to the beautiful Champs Elysees Avenue. Most of the important points of interest such as the Louvre Museum, and the most visited monument in the world, the Eiffel Tower, are just a few minutes away, by metro or by car. In the opposite way, to the west, is the center of the broadest commercial activity of Europe, La Defense, enclosing the largest European mall with a number of fashion shops, varied restaurants, cafes, cinemas, supermarkets, and diverse other services.
Premises:
This 25m2 (approx 270 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the second floor of a 1930 building with elevator.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system leads into a hall, which leads to a courtyard. Then a second gate protected by a coded security system opens into another hall with staircase and elevator.
The entrance door opens into the main room and the open kitchen. There is also a bathroom with toilet.
The 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) main room has two windows with southwestern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a built in closet, a chest of drawers, a stereo, some shelves, as well as a console surmounted by a flat screen TV and a DVD player.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet. There is also a combo washing machine/dryer.
The open kitchen is separated from the main room by a bar and two stools. It is equipped with two vitro-ceramic plates, a combo grill/oven, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a kettle.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Charles de Gaulle - Etoile (lines 1.2.6. RER A) and Ternes (line 2).
