This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Quincampoix between Rue Rambuteau and Rue aux Ours.
Just next to the Georges Pompidou Cultural Center, also known as Beaubourg, this street is close to the Les Halles Mall, which means in about 10 minutes walking distance to the Louvre Museum and the adjoining Royal Tuileries Garden, as well as to the Seine River with its unique islands - Ile de la Cite, Notre Dame Cathedral berth, and the delightful Ile Saint Louis - a must see. In addition to the French traditional and international restaurants and cafes, all sorts of facilities are easily found in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 25m2 (approx 270 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a 1610 walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a courtyard. Then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into a courtyard with staircase.
The entrance door opens into the open kitchen. A corridor leads to the main room. There is also a bathroom with a toilet.
The 20m² (approx 215 sq ft) main room has a window with eastern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, an armchair, a built in closet, a large chest of drawers, a stereo, some shelves, a dining table and chairs as well as a console surmounted by a TV, a DVD player and a VCR.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with two induction plates, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a small dining table with chairs.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Rambuteau (line 11) and Hôtel de Ville (lines 1,11).
