Neighborhood: This furnished loft duplex apartment is located on Rue du Faubourg Saint Denis between Rue la Fayette and Rue du 8 mai 1945 . Near this apartment, you will find the Grands Boulevards that are lined with 19th century buildings and used to be the center of café and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. This area boasts of cafés, shops and small restaurants, offering food from all over the world: Indian, Turkish, Indonesian, etc. It has the atmosphere of the very old Paris. At a few minutes walk is the Opéra Garnier, which was intended to establish a Napoleon III style; the result was a neo-baroque building.
