This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Rue du pas de la Mule between Boulevard Beaumarchais and Rue des Tournelles.
In the neighborhood there are a number of traditional restaurants, cafes and open-air markets, such as the market on Place d'Aligre and the one on Rue Richard Lenoir. All other sorts of services are easily found in the neighborhood. Numerous cinemas can be found around the area.
Just steps away is the Rue de la Roquettet. This street is mostly frequented by young people. The heart of this area is the historic Place de la Bastille, symbol of the French Republic. Built during the 14th century as a fortified royal residence, it is the most famous monument in Paris. You have the new Opéra House nearby, considered as one of the best Operas in the world, inaugurated at the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution

This 63m2 (approx 678 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 20th century building with elevator.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a second gate. Then a second gate protected by an intercom opens into a hall with staircase and elevator.
The entrance door opens into the living room with the open kitchen.
The 40m2 (approx 430 sq ft) living room has bay window with southern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a desk and a chair, a console surmonted by a flat screen TV, a DVD player , a VCR and a stereo.
The open kitchen is equipped with four induction plates topped by an exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a combo washing machine/dryer. There is a dining table with chairs.
The 10m2 (approx 107 sq ft) bedroom has bay window with southern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed and bedside tables, and built in closet.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
A/C is also available in the apartment.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Chemin Vert (line 8), Bréguet-Sabin (line1) and Bastille (lines 1 and 8).
