A Studio close to the Arc de Triomphe

Neighborhood:
This furnished studio is located on Rue Chalgrin between Rue Le Sueur and Rue d'Argentine. It is near the Avenue des Champs Elysées, considered one of the most renowned and beautiful streets in Paris and the world. It is just next to the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte to honor his victories. This entire district abounds with points of interest, luxurious shops, gourmet restaurants and gorgeous coffee terraces, as well as all sorts of convenience stores. Other significant sights nearby are the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (about 10 minutes away from this accommodation by metro or by bus).
Premises:
This 14m² (approx 150 sq.ft.) furnished studio is located on the sixth (7th in the USA) and top floor of a walk up building from 1897. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a porche with a concierge. Then a courtyard with a second door on the right hand side, also protected by a coded system leads to the staircase.
The studio opens into the main room with on the right hand side a corner kitchen and bathroom.
The 11m² (approx 120 sq.ft.) main room has parquet floor and a double glazed window with a rolling blind and a view on the entrance's courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a small dining table with 2 chairs, a desk and some built in closets. It is also equipped with a cable TV.
The corner kitchen is equipped with two electric plates topped by an exhaust fan, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine.To separate the small bathroom and the corner kitchen, there is a sliding door.
The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin topped by a mirror and a chemical toilet.
Heat and hot water are electric and individual.
Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is "Argentine" (line 1).
