It is very close to the Centre Georges Pompidou, a large cultural center famous for its architecture; City Hall; the Seine River; the Louvre and the famous pedestrian Rue des Gravilliers, a residential and commercial street with nice greengrocers, fishmongers, and restaurants. All sorts of shops, bars, and supermarkets are near this accommodation. Premises: This 30m2 (approx 322 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of an 18th century walk up building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a hall with staircase and courtyard. The apartment entrance door opens into the living room. The 11m2 (approx 118 sq ft) living room has a window with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a stereo, a TV, a DVD player, some shelves and a dining table with chairs. The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with two vitro ceramic plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a toaster. There is also a washing machine. The 11m2 (approx 118 sq ft) bedroom has a window with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, a desk and a chair, a computer, a closet and some shelves. The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
