This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue de Nesle between Rue Dauphine and Rue de Nevers.
Intellectual core of Paris the Quartier Latin abounds of historical points of interest such as the "Sainte Chapelle", in the Law Courts, built under Saint Louis from 1241 to 1248, "Cluny's" Thermae (from the 3rd century) Hotel (from the 15th century) and Museum (from the19th century), among others. In addition the Seine River, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Boulevard Saint Germain are in a very short walking distance and, a block and a half away, is the Sorbonne University. A large variety of nice shops, celebrated restaurants and cafes and cinemas, as well as basic services such as supermarkets are found all around this neighborhood.

This 25m2 (approx 269 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the fifth floor of a walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor, which leads to a courtyard and the staircase.
The entrance door opens into the open kitchen and the living room.
The 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) living room has four windows with all 4 expositions overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a dining table with chairs, a TV, a VCR, some shelves and a closet.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with four vitro ceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a combo washing machine/dryer.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
Internet access is available.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Odéon (line 10), Pont-Neuf (line7) and Saint-Michel (line 4).
