This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue de l'Ecole polytechnique between Rue de la Montagne Sainte-Geneviéve and Maubert-Mutualité.
One of the most youthful areas in Paris, this calm, quaint street in the Latin Quarter is situated between the Pantheon and Rue des Ecoles. The Pantheon was converted into a secular temple by decree during the Revolution and houses the remains of some of the great historical figures of France (i.e., Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Emile Zola, Marie and Pierre Curie). Also in the area is Le College de France and in fair walking distance is the Sorbonne University. Running parallel to the Seine River is the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain with its secondhand bookstores, coffee houses and galleries. The area features a number of restaurants and cafes, diverse shops, and other quality conveniences such as the Maubert Mutualité and Mouffetard open-air markets, supermarkets and fine bakeries

This 20m2 (approx 215 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the third floor of a 20th century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor with staircase.
The entrance door opens into the main room.
The 12m2 (approx 129 sq ft) living room has a window with northern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a chest of drawers which serves as a dining table with chairs, a TV with international channels, some shelves and a closet.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with two gas plates, a refrigerator, a coffee maker and a kettle.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Maubert-Mutualité (line10), Cardinal Lemoine (line10) and Place Monge (line7).
