This furnished two-bedroom apartment is located on Rue Saint-Placide between Rue de Vaugirard and Rue du Cherche Midi.
A few steps from the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this furnished apartment is located on a mostly residential street in one of the most attractive and historic districts of the Seine River's Left Bank. Close to this accommodation are the fashionable Rue du Cherche Midi, and the renowned Montparnasse district prized by great artists and writers such as Picasso, Matisse, Modigliani and Hemingway in the 1920s and 1930s. This area of Paris is also known as the theater district. Featuring the latest boutiques, there are all sorts of convenience shops in the area as well.
Premises:
This 85m2 (approx 915 sq ft) two-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor of a 19th century building with elevator.
The entrance gate protected by an intercom opens into a corridor.
Then a second gate opens into a hall with elevator and staircase.

The 31m2 (approx 334 sq ft) living/dining room has three windows with western exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, as well as a console surmounted by a TV, a phone, some shelves, a closet and a decorative fireplace.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four electric/gas plates, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer and a kettle. There is also a dining table with chairs.
The first 14m2 (approx 150 sq ft) bedroom has a window with western exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair and a closet.
The second 11m2 (approx 119 sq ft) bedroom has a window with eastern exposure overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a single size bed, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, a desk and a chair, some shelves and a closet.
The bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and some shelves. There is a washing machine.
There is also a separate toilet with washbasin.
Heat and hot water are both gas.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Saint-Placide (line 4), Rennes (line 6) and Sèvres-Babylone (line 10).
