A two-bedroom apartment on the Ile de la Cité

Neighborhood: This apartment is located on the Ile de la Cité and it faces the Seine River. It is situated on Quai des Orfèvres between Rue de Harlay and Place du Pont Neuf, in the center of Paris, an area celebrated for its elegant, trendy streets. There are also endless stylish fashion shops, a mall, antique stores, art galleries, as well as an eclectic mix of restaurants and cafes. This area is also a few minutes away from the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden and most tourist points of interest. One can also easily find excellent quality services such as fine bakeries, supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci open-air market. Premises: This 67m² (approx. 720 sq. ft.) duplex two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor (third in the USA) of a 17th century building equipped with an elevator. An intercom protects the main entrance gate and opens into a corridor with a staircase. The entrance door opens into a hallway leading to the living room; on the left hand side is the first bedroom. The second bedroom is accessible by the living room. The bathroom and the separate toilet are accessible by the both bedrooms. Upstairs is the kitchen. The 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) living room has two French windows overlooking the street with a southwestern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table and a table with five matching chairs. It is also equipped with a flat screen TV and a stereo on a console. The 8m² (approx. 85 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a window overlooking the courtyard with a northeastern exposure and parquet floor. It is furnished with a queen-size bed. The 15m² (approx.160 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a French window overlooking the street with a southwestern exposure and parquet floor. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, a coffee table, a chest of drawers, a decorative fireplace, some shelves and an armchair. The separate kitchen has two windows and is equipped with a dining table with five matching chairs, four vitro ceramic burners, a small dishwasher, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with showerhead, a washing machine, a bidet, a washbasin and some closets. There is also a separate toilet accessible by the bathroom, which has a window. There is a built-in closet in the hallway, as well as an iron with ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. Internet access is available. The nearest metro stations are Pont Neuf (Line7) and Cité (line 4). Heat and hot water are collective.
