Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is located on Rue Des Moines between Rue Guy Môquet and Rue de la Jonquière. Part of a cosmopolitan area, this mostly residential and calm street in the northwest of Paris is in a short distance to the live Place de Clichy and its famous seafood restaurants, cafes, several cinemas, diverse sorts of shops, as well as an organic open air market taking place every Saturday morning on Boulevard de Batignolles. It is also not far from the singular, famous and widest of Paris' flea markets, known as Saint Ouen or Clignancourt, a labyrinth of sumptuous antique furniture, clothing, as well as diverse other items open every weekend from Friday to Monday. The celebrated Champs Elysées Avenue, the Seine River and the Opera Garnier are only a few metro stops away. Premises: This 34m² (approx 365 sq.ft.) furnished one bedroom apartment is located on the 1st (2nd in the USA) floor of a 20th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom and opens into a corridor with staircase. The entrance door opens into a hallway with the living room straight ahead, then the bedroom and on the right hand side the kitchen. The bathroom is accessible by the bedroom. The 11m² (approx. 120 sq.ft.) bedroom has parquet floor and a double glazed window with a view on the street. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table, some shelves and a small closet. The bathroom has a washbasin and a shower. The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with two electric burners, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine. Internet access is available. Heat and hot water are electric and individual. The closest metro station is Guy Moquet (line 13)
