Neighborhood: This furnished one bedroom apartment is located on Square Maubeuge between Rue de Maubeuge in a commercial area with plenty of diverse stores, restaurants and cafes. It is not far from the Opéra Garnier, built between 1862 and 1875, which is the largest theatre for lyric opera in the world. It is also the most typical monument from the era of Napoleon III. Premises: This 28m2 (approx 301 sq ft) one bedroom apartment is located on the sixth floor of a 18th century building with elevator. The entrance gate protected by an intercom opens into a hall with elevator and staircase. The entrance door opens into the living room with the open kitchen. The living room has a window with eastern exposure overlooking the street.
