Studio apartment close to the Place de la République

This furnished studio apartment is located on the ground floor (1st floor in the USA) of a walk-up building from 1900 in the République area, an emblematic district of Paris. A coded system and an intercom ensure the security of the building. This furnished apartment has a parquet floor, a double size ceiling Murphy bed and a washer combo dryer. There are two sets of shelves and a wardrobe in the entrance. Two cupboards are available in the kitchen as well (both of them are accessible from the kitchen and the living room). The only window in the main room is an electric skylight with electric shutters. The apartment is exposed south with a view on the courtyard. This accommodation is close to the Place de la République in the 11th district of Paris. It is a very multicultural neighborhood with lots of restaurants, stores and bars. Transportation, such as the subway (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11), bus stops and bike rentals (vélib') are in the immediate vicinity of this apartment.
