It is on the seventh floor of a building from the 19th century and has an elevator going up to the sixth floor. In addition to the building's concierge, access to the building is granted through a coded system and an interphone. The apartment is very well equipped, having a washer, a microwave, a stereo and a TV. Exposure is North and East on the avenue. Windows are double-glazed. This furnished rental on Avenue Niel in Paris is close to the famous Champs Elysées with a variety of entertainment and shopping options.
