Studio apartment close to the Louvre

This furnished studio apartment is in the Palais Royal area in Paris. It is on the 4th floor of a 19th century building without elevator. Access to the building is granted through a coded system. The apartment's spacious living room has parquet floor, wooden beams and is painted in vivid colors. Amenities of the kitchen area include among others induction hotplates and an espresso machine. Phone, international TV channels and a wireless Internet connection are also available. Exposure of this furnished apartment is northwest with a view on the street. The apartment is located close to the Louvre in Paris. Right downstairs, as well as in the neighboring streets are a great number of merchants of all sorts. There is a bike rental station (vélib') on rue du Colonel Driant. Why not ride to the historic Palais Royal, designed by the architect Jacques Lemercier on request of cardinal Richelieu in the 17th century. From there you can go and visit the Palais and the Musée du Louvre. At night, go and enjoy a performance at the Comédie Française, just a couple of blocks away.
