Four bedroom apartment in the 16th arrondissement

Neighborhood: This furnished apartment is on a chic and calm residential street situated between Avenue Victor Hugo and Avenue Bugeaud. An elite district of Paris, it is situated a short distance from Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc de Triumph and from the celebrated Avenue des Champs Elysees. There is a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from Place du Trocadero, which is close by. There are numerous fashion shops, many traditional and sophisticated restaurants, and cafes near this accommodation. Premises: Southeast exposed, this 150m² (approx. 1,610 sq. ft.) four-bedroom apartment is located on the first French floor of an elegant Haussmannien building (19th century) with freestone walls, columns, and a marble floor. It has a fulltime concierge, a security code, and an intercom system. It has white walls, herringbone patterned wood floors, and large windows. It also has a 3,20m(10.50 ft.) high ceiling and little wrought iron balconies. It is decorated with modern pieces and antiques in Louis XV and XVI style. The large entry hall is decorated with a small sofa for two, a console with two lamps, a lamp on a marble lamp stand, and paintings. To the right, double doors open to the 50m² (approx. 535 sq. ft.) double living room made bright by three large windows with blue curtains and little balconies on the street side. On one side it has antique armchairs and a marble-topped chest of drawers with a large gilded frame mirror, a modern sofa and a square glass-topped coffee table, recessed built-in bookshelves, a large cable TV and VCR, a HiFi stereo, and a telephone. On the other side is a rustic rectangular dining table. All around the room are nice lamps and paintings. Some built-in closets and paintings hanging on the walls decorate the corridor leading to the other rooms. On the courtyard side, the 16m² (approx. 170 sq. ft.) master bedroom with a wood floor has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a built-in closet, and an out-of-use white marble fireplace with a large mirror. It also has an antique desk, a chest, an armchair, drawings, a telephone, and a window with drapes on the courtyard side. Adjoining is the private bathroom with a glass door shower cabin, a small round washbasin, and a toilet. The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a wood floor and is furnished with a double-size bed, a wood wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a TV, a stereo, and a window with curtains. The third 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom contains a single bed, a closet, a desk, a chest of drawers, a stereo, a TV and a non-working fireplace with a large mirror. The floor has dark blue carpeting and there is a window with checked curtains facing the courtyard. The 11m² (approx. 115 sq. ft.) fourth bedroom is carpeted and furnished with a single bed, a bedside table and lamp, a small chest of drawers, a wooden wardrobe, bookshelves, and a window with yellow and blue curtains. Connected to this bedroom is a bathroom with white tiled walls and a blue tiled floor with a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower, a washbasin, and a toilet. Small but well equipped, the white tiled kitchen has four halogen burners, a hood with an exhaust fan, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. There are double ceramic sinks on the small white worktop, an electric coffee maker, a toaster, and utensils stowed in the cupboards. The heat and hot water are collective. The apartment is equipped with a computer connected to the Internet, available if requested in advance. Wireless internet access is available. For convenient travel around Paris, the closest metro stations are Rue de la Pompe (line 9) and Porte Dauphine (line 2).
