This furnished three bedroom apartment is located on Rue de Visconti between Rue Bonaparte and Rue de Seine.
This apartment is located on a small street in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Près. This district is one of the most attractiveof the Seine River's Left Bank with historic restaurants and cafes such as Les Deux Magots and Café de Flore, favorite haunts of famous French existentialists and expatriated American writers. Just beside is the new Marché Saint Germain (Fashion Market) and a few steps away rue de Buci features a special atmosphere with its open-air market. The neighborhood is also very famous for its refined art galleries and designers' fashion shops. It is also at a walking distance from the Ile de la Cité and the Ile Saint Louis.
Premises:
This 90m² (approx sq ft) three bedroom apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of a 19th century walk up building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a courtyard. Then a gate protected by an intercom opens into the staircase.
The entrance door opens into a hall, which links the living room, the three bedrooms, the separate kitchen, the bathroom and the office.
The 28m² (approx sq ft) living room has a window with southern exposure overlooking the street and a french window with northern exposure, which opens onto the balcony. This balcony overlooks a courtyard and is furnished with a small dining table and two chairs.
The living room is furnished with a double size sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, a DVD player, two chests of drawers, a dining table with chairs and decorative items.
The first 14m² (approx sq ft) bedroom has a window with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard and a french window, which opens onto the balcony. It is furnished with a double size bed, a console, a chest of drawer, a chair and a built in closet.
The second 10m² (approx sq ft) bedroom has a window with northern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a single size bed, a bedside table, a desk and some shelves.
The third 8m² (approx sq ft) bedroom has a window with southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a single size bed, a desk with a chair, shelves, and toys.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with two electric plates and two gas burners, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a dining table with chairs. There is also a wahing machine and a dryer.
The bathroom has a bathtub topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a separate toilet.
There is also a small office, which is furnished with a desk and chair.
Heat and hot water are both in gas.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro stations are Saint Germain des Prés (line 4) and Mabillon (line 10).
