Two bedroom apartment in Etoile.

Little street close to Place de l'Etoile and to Avenue des Champs Elysees, situated between Avenue de la Grande Armee.
Peaceful this 80m2 apartment is bright due to its southwest exposure and to its very large windows, located on the 5th French floor of a nice prewar building designed by an American and recessed in a courtyard, having a security system, a concierge, and an elevator. It accommodates a couple and a guest.
Agreeable for its layout and neatness it has white painted walls and a pleasant wooden floor, and the advantage of air-conditioned equipment. The tiny hall placed right after the main contains a built in closet and opens to the in line living room and to the other adjoining rooms.
The 18m2 living room is composed of a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a design and sculpted glass topped coffee with stainless steel legs, two wooden consoles with decorative objects, a large bookcase, a cane armchair, air conditioned, telephone, and a large window opening to the courtyard.
Silent and spacious in the 18m2 master bedroom is a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, a large built in closet, a full-length mirror, a cable TV (CNN and BBC only if requested in advance), a VCR, and a window with Venetian blinds.
Slightly smaller the 12m2 bedroom consists on children pieces of furniture such as a closet and little tables, and contains a single bed. It is enlighten by a large window with net curtains with view on the courtyard.
There are two bathrooms.
The largest one is green marble tiled enclosing a bathtub with a wall mounted shower (no screen or curtain) and double white washbasins settled on a closet, with two mirrors and spotlights above, and a window.
Much smaller, white painted with a marble floor, the second one has a glass shower cabin, a washbasin, and toilet.
To the left side of the living room the roomy and well equipped eat in kitchen is fitted out with an extensible rectangular wooden table and design armchairs, three gas' and one electric' burner, a hood with exhaust fan, a traditional electric oven, and a microwave. There are also a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. On the black worktop is the white ceramic sink, and the utensils are stowed in the many cupboards.

The world famous Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc du Triumph, and the beautiful Champs Elysees Avenue are in a walking distance, and other important points of interest such as the Louvre Museum and the Eiffel Tower are in about ten-minute distance by metro or by car. In the opposite way, to the west is La Defense, center of the broadest commercial activity of Paris and Europe enclosing the largest shopping center of Europe with number of fashion shops, restaurants, cafes, and cinemas, among other services is also very close.
The closest metro station is Argentine (line 1).
Children are accepted. Smokers are allowed, as well as pets.
There is a central heating and water heater. Electricity is included in the rental. Telephone calls are to be paid according to usage and long distance service is available.
A parking place for a small car is available.
