Neighborhood:
This furnished apartment is very well located in the Montmartre area of Paris. It is on a busy street very close to the Sacred Heart Basilica perched at the very top of the Butte Montmartre, where there are all sorts of shops, bars, restaurants and also cartoonists. This accommodation is near many museums: Espace Salvador Dali, Museum of the Old Montmartre, Musee d'art Naif. A few blocks to the south is the Pigalle area with its lights and nightlife.
Premises:
This 52m˛ (approx. 555 sq. ft.) apartment is located on the second floor of a 20th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded system and opens into a hall with a concierge to the right. Next to a second door is a courtyard and a door to access the staircase.
The 26m˛ (approx. 275 sq. ft.) living room has a parquet floor, a French door with curtains that overlooks the courtyard and two windows with a view of another courtyard. It is furnished with a coffee table and two sofas, one of which is a sleeper, an armchair, a desk, a built-in closet and a library. It is also equipped with a stereo.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four gas plates topped by a cooker hood, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster and a washing machine.
The 12m˛ (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom is accessible from the living room and the bathroom. It has a parquet floor and a French window with curtains that overlooks the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed and a built-in closet. It is also equipped with a TV and a DVD player.
The tiled bathroom has a window and is fitted with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilette.
The separate toilette has a window.
Internet access is available.
Heat and hot water are collective.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Guy Moquet (line 13).
