Studio apartment next to the Canal Saint Martin

This furnished apartment is located on Avenue Parmentier in Paris. A few steps away is the delightful Saint Martin channel bordered by trees and dotted with little bridges, making it an idyllic local landscape; it is one of Parisians' favorite areas to live. It also neighbors Republic Place, which offers a variety of entertainment options and conveniences. The cycling tracks from Bastille to the Villette district promise much enjoyment. The Louvre and the Seine are about 10 minutes away from this accommodation by metro.
Premises :
This 33m² (approx. 355 sq. ft.) furnished studio is located on the ninth and top floor of a 20th century building which has an elevator. The main entrance gate opens into a hall with a concierge that leads into a courtyard .At the end of this, on the right, is a second door protected by an intercom which opens into a corridor with the elevator.
The main room has a parquet floor and two French windows that open onto a balcony. It is furnished with armchairs, a small table with two chairs, some shelves and a wooden table with chairs. It is also equipped with a cable TV and a stereo. At the apartment entrance is a built-in closet.
The open kitchen is equipped with two gas burners topped by a cooker hood, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a stainless steel sink.
The bathroom is accessible via a sliding door and is fitted with a bathtub with a showerhead with a wall-mounted shower protected by a glass screen, a white ceramic washbasin with a large mirror above and a closet below, and a washing machine.
The toilet is separate and has a washbasin. It is close to the main door.
There is central heat and hot water.
A high-speed Internet connection is available in the apartment.
For convenient travel around Paris, the closest metro stations are Ambroise (line 9), Saint Maur and Parmentier (line 3).
