A Charming Country Side Apartment near Parc des Buttes Chaumont

Charming countryside apartment in Paris between Rue Remy de Gourmont and Rue Philippe Hecht. This panoramic hill site 65m2 one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a 1930s building, facing west from the living room/kitchen and east from the bedroom, having an intercom system on premises. The layout is as follows: main entry leads to a hall, the bathroom faces the main entry. The living room is to the first right follow by the terrace and the garden (115m2) with a view of the Sacre Coeur. To the left is the bedroom with a walk-in closet and a wardrobe. To the second right from the main entry is the kitchen. The décor is modern. Most walls are off-white with cream color floors and high ceilings. The kitchen is painted blue and tiled floor. The bathroom has white walls with grey tiling. The 24m2 living room has parquet floor and is furnished with a white sofa. There are wall to wall built in shelves, a corner table, a cable TV with many international channels, a DVD-VCR, a stereo, a telephone, a computer with internet access, a square coffee table, and a wooden "Chinese style" cupboard, a round dinning table with four metal 70's chairs. In addition there are two windows with curtains, an area rug and other decorative items. The 17m2 bedroom has parquet floor and a double bed, two night tables with lamps, a table with a lamp, an area rug and other decorative items. There is a window facing the street. Within minutes away by metro are the Menilmontant area and the rue Oberkampkf, both offer many diverse restaurants, cafes, nightclubs and trendy bars. There are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighbourhood. The closest metro station is Colonel Fabien (line 2).
