The apartment is also minutes away from the Bois de Boulogne; given to the city by Napoleon III, this park offers a vast belt of greenery for strolling, cycling, riding, boating and picnicking. The fashionable and chic Avenue Victor Hugo is near this accommodation as well; known for its shopping options, there are all sorts of essential shops and services in the neighborhood. There is also a door that opens into a recess used as storage; it contains a washing machine, a dryer and many cooking items. Heat and hot water are electric.
