Very Calm charming one bedroom
|
Close to Place de l'Etoile, situated between Avenue de la Grande Armée and Place Saint Ferdinand.
Placed in the back silent courtyard, east and northeast exposed this cozy 47m2 apartment has lots of charm. It is located on the 2nd French floor of a walk up 18th century building equipped with a security system and an intercom. Comfortably it accommodates one couple.
All white painted and having a quality parquet floor, it is divided into a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
Tasteful and very agreeable the 33m2 living room has two windows garnished with straw colored curtains overlooking the silent courtyard. It is decorated with a sofa bed (120cm wide), two white director chairs (extra chairs are available), a metallic chest as coffee table, an antique desk, a small chest of drawers, and a drop leaf wooden dining table.
Open to the living room the American is limited by a rounded wooden counter, an almond green tiled worktop, and bottle green cupboards containing the utensils. It is equipped with four vitro ceramic burners, a microwave, a combo fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, and a round stainless steel sink.
Close to the main door the 15m2 bedroom has apricot colored walls, fitted out with a double bed, a bedside table and lamp, a chest of drawers, and a window draped with floral motif' curtains opening to a walled in courtyard.
The bathroom is white and gray tiled with charcoal gray details, enclosing a bathtub with a wall-mounted shower protected by a folding screen, a washbasin, and a window with a plastic curtain.
Located in a little mostly residential street in a short walking distance to the world famous Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc du Triumph, and to the beautiful Champs Elysees Avenue. Most of the important points of interest such as the Louvre Museum, and the most visited monument in the world, the Eiffel Tower, are in a few minutes distance by metro or by car. In the opposite way, to the west, is the center of the broadest commercial activity of Europe La Defense, enclosing the largest European mall with number of fashion shops, varied restaurants, cafes, cinemas, supermarkets, and diverse other services.
The closest metro stations are Argentine (line 1), and Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines 1, 2, 6, and the RER A).
