Very demanded location in the heart of the Saint Germain de Pres area, between Rue des Saints Pères and Boulevard Raspail. An entirely renovated 18th century walk-up building equipped with a security code and an intercom encloses this pleasant southwest and northwest exposed 110m2 apartment is located on its 4th French floor. All white painted, mostly having a wooden floor, an 18m2 terrace, and windows protected by white curtains, it is perfect for two couples and two children. The small hall leads to the guest's bedroom at the left, to the smallest bathroom and separated restroom at the right side. Following are the dining room and open kitchen, living room, and children bedroom, and finally the master bedroom, office space, and largest bathroom. The living room and dining room measure 35m2. To the right side two French windows giving access to the terrace on the street side enlighten the living room. It encloses a corner white sofa, three design blue armchairs, and a wood and metal coffee table settled on a modern area rug, a decorative fireplace with a large mirror above, and wall mounted bookshelves on both sides of the double door. Opposite, in the dining area there is a large wood and metal rectangular dining table and four folding wooden chairs, an antique armoire, a decorative fireplace, and a window opening to the courtyard side. Open, the kitchen has quality cupboards and drawers containing the necessary utensils above and below the nice worktop on which are installed the four vitro ceramic burners and white ceramic sink. It is also equipped with a traditional electric oven, a microwave, casing fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Preceded by the office space which floor is black tiled and where a desk and a computer with Internet access (see notice below), the 14m2 master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed with bedside tables and lamps, a small recessed dressing space, bookshelves, a stereo Hi Fi. Besides, does a gilded frame mirror surmount a decorative white marble fireplace, and the French window opens to the terrace. To the right side of the office space the main bathroom has a bathtub with showerhead, a washbasin, and a window on the courtyard side The 12m2 guest's bedroom also has a window opening to the terrace, fitted with a queen size convertible coach (mattress straight on the floor), an antique desk and closet, a decorative fireplace and gilded frame mirror, a cable TV and VCR on a console. The 10m2 Children's bedroom has a blue carpeted floor and a window overlooking the courtyard. There are bunk beds (limited to 12 years old), bookshelves, and a child's desk. The second bathroom has a built-in shower cabin protected by sliding screens, a white ceramic washbasin, and toilet. There is a washing-drying machine, two sinks, a gray worktop, and few closets in the small laundry space. The computer and Internet access are available if requested in advance under previous negotiation. Wifi internet access is available. Well known residential and commercial' street placed in the heart of the sophisticated Saint Germain des Près district. All around there are excellent quality services such as sophisticated shops, restaurants, and cafes, as well as the choice well-known daily Buci' open air market, and other supermarkets. It is also in a distance to the main points of interest such as the beautiful Jardin du Luxembourg, Musée d'Orsay, Seine River and its unique delightful islands - Ile Saint Louis and Ile de la Cité where is the Notre Dame Cathedral. The closest metro stations are Saint Sulpice and Saint Germain des Pres (line 4) or Sevres Babylone (lines 10 and 12).
