Peaceful One Bedroom in Montmartre

This apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building with a security system. Southeast and Northwest exposures, this cute 40m2 apartment can accommodate 4 persons. The entry hall leads to the 20m2 living room. It has a fireplace, a double sofa bed, a dining table, an armchair, a TV with VCR, a phone and a hi-fi stereo. There are several kinds of lamps and decorative items and furniture all over the room. It has a wooden floor with an area rug and the walls are white. There are also two windows facing the roof of the building across. The 10m2 bedroom is facing the street and has a double bed, a large built-in closet and a window. The separate kitchen has a sink, electric burners, an oven, a small refrigerator, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker and a window. The blue painted bathroom has a small tub with shower, a washbasin, a window and a toilet. Neighborhood: The Montmartre hilltop is one of the most visited tourist points of Paris due to the charm of the Place du Tertre, its artists and caricaturists creating and showing their work in the open air. Another important point of interest is the Sacre Coeur, one of the best known churches of Paris. The apartment is about a 2 mn walk from the Sacre Coeur, you just have to go up the famous stairs Montmartroise and you land on a large terrace with a magnificent view over Paris. Most of the points of interest are very near. A recently restored funicular saves the climb up the hill. There are typical restaurants and cafes everywhere as well as all kinds of basic services.
