The 1st half of 2011 continued the positive news for the Paris market from 2010, with customers continuing to reenter the market post-recession. Prices for both vacation rentals as well as furnished apartments increased in the 1st half of 2011 compared to 2010 as owners were somewhat more bullish about the market and there were more customers looking for rentals. In this report we will look at the pricing trends, apartment rental data and various measures of the health of the Paris furnished apartment rental market.
